About Becky

    Becky Blankenship, FDBIA has extensive experience leading and overseeing alternative delivery teams as a designer, a construction manager, and an owner advisor. She has served in a leadership role on over 50 Design-Build and Progressive Design- Build projects, placing an emphasis on team dynamics, innovative processes, and continuous improvement of the delivery method. As a former Manager of Operations in a global construction management firm, Becky offers a comprehensive understanding of project delivery and execution. She served as Principal in Charge and Alternative Delivery Advisor on projects ranging from $3 million to $6 billion, managing complex workflows, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and maintaining cost control. 

Her expertise in budget management, scheduling, and risk mitigation ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Becky's experience in conflict resolution and collaborative decision-making helps owners navigate team dynamics in alternative delivery projects. She excels at maintaining stakeholder alignment and overseeing project integration from pre-construction to close-out. Her representative clients include Washington State Ferries, Energy Northwest, Boeing, Sound Transit, Washington State Department of Transportation, Texas Department of Transportation, VIA Metro, Valley Metro, Spokane Transit Authority, the US Army Corps of Engineers, Washington State University and Gonzaga University.
